Yesterday we attended the Innovation Challenge at Defence Innovation Day organised by NATO. It was a great honour and experience to participate at such a special event, as well as to be among the best ones as the only Hungarian company. Moreover, we had the chance to interact with different European and American corporates. It gave us the chance not only to learn their new ideas, but also to get an insight into the fields of newest research. Only the best ten innovative solutions got the chance to present the ideas of their companies in the final. It is a great success for Motivive having been able to introduce its project in connection with resilience.
Tamás presented our new solution for building resilience in a 6 minute speech. During that time, he explained what we created in Motivive software and how it is useful to develop resilience. The project is based on the 4 pillars of resilience – mental health, physical activity, healthy lifestyle and social interaction. It is capable of creating a daily routine for resilience by providing the opportunity of everyday practise through exciting challenges. In addition, after the pitch the judges had 5 minutes to ask questions and find out further details of the project.
The visitors of the Defence Innovation Conference had the chance to get a better insight into the program. By visiting our stand at a full-day exhibition they could ask question from our colleagues. What is more, the visitors were able to check a demo version of Motivive software as well, which we made specifically for this event. Furthermore, the event took place in an imposing building of Budapest, namely, the gorgeous Palace Stefánia. The day passed in a good mood and we were lucky enough to see the innovative solutions of other teams and get some new ideas.
Another key point was an award ceremony that took place in the end of the event. Here, Motivive received the Hungarian Special Award, which has been a huge honour and success. This has not been our only success recently. To mention a few others, two weeks ago we won the competition of Internet Hungary as well. We competed in the category of “Community Games”. Furthermore, we were on the shortlist of HR Best too. This one we are especially proud of, as many teams were competing for the first place.
