The purpose of this document is to provide useful and understandable information about the data processing and data protection activities of Motivive Solutions Kft. (hereinafter referred to as Motivive) to individuals who come into contact with Motivive.
Motivive is committed to protecting user data. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council, Motivive strives to prevent unauthorized access to personal data stored by Motivive.
Definition of managed data and its purposes
Data of newsletter subscribers
Motivive will occasionally contact those interested in its activities in the form of a newsletter and store personal data for this purpose. Anyone can freely subscribe to the Motivive newsletter. Motivive stores the following data categories: Name, Email address. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 paragraph (1) point a) of the GDPR, the user’s voluntary consent. The data processing period lasts until the user unsubscribes or objects to data usage.
Registration in our system
The Motivive system is accessible on https://motivive.com website.
Data categories: Name, Username, Password, Email address, Date of birth, Company name, Photo, Newsletter subscription.
Right of access
Users can request information on what Motivive does with their data, what processes and for what purposes they intend to use it, for how long, who the data may be shared with, and where the data comes from.
In the response, the user is informed by Motivive about how and when their data was obtained.
Right to rectification
If the user has provided incorrect data or their data has changed in the meantime, they can request that Motivive correct or update their stored data.
Right to erasure
Users can request that Motivive delete their stored data, which Motivive has comply with.
Right to restriction of processing
In cases defined by law, users can request that Motivive restrict the processing of their data.
Right to object
Based on their legitimate interest, users can object to the processing of their data, in which case Motivive will no longer process their data.
Right to data portability
Users can request that Motivive release their data in a portable electronic format by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Right to withdraw consent
If Motivive processes the user’s data based on their consent, the user can withdraw their previous consent. This withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of Motivive’s previous data processing. This withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of Motivive’s previous data processing.

Right to lodge a complaint
If the User suffers harm in relation to or because of Motivive’s data processing activities, the User may file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
