Our mission
Motivive’s mission is to humanize workplaces by creating a culture of employee recognition and appreciation.
We believe that company performance is heavily dependent upon employee experience. This is why we created an innovative Employee Engagement Platform that helps leaders to motivate, educate and reward employees, so they can perform at their best.
Our solution
Motivive is empowered by AI and harnesses gamification methodology for exceptional results and efficacy. We hope that deploying our platform workplaces will be eventually redefined into supportive working environments, where employees can thrive, and performance will rocket.
Our Story – an idea was born
Founded by two consulting experts Tímea and Tamás based on a noble, yet very reasonable idea: to enable businesses to capitalize more on the human factor building resilience and growth. In their words:
“We wanted to build a platform that engages employees the same way videogames make kids feel in front of their consoles: focused, passionate, involved. This is why we have included gamification as the driving principle of our platform’s operation. When gamification is introduced at work, obligations transform into fun, and by nature, if people enjoy something, they want more of it.”

Growth
In 2017 pitching the idea, we entered the incubation phase. The gamified employee engagement platform was kicking off.

First financial backing, we hired our first aT team and marked the beginning of platform development. Infant stage.

Motivive received a special award from NATO as a winner tool for improving resilience of the soldiers.
