You are charged monthly on the date of purchase. You can upgrade your subscription anytime, which will become effective immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In this case, please send us an email to cancel@motivive.com. You may still continue using your account until the end of your current billing cycle.
